Insurance & the details
Out-of-network
We are an out-of-network practice. Many clients are reimbursed a portion of fees through their PPO plans, and we provide a monthly superbill to make that easy.
Sliding scale
A limited number of reduced-fee spots are held for those experiencing financial hardship. Ask us during your consult, and we'll do our best to make care accessible.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs. We provide one before you begin, no need to ask.

A small group of adults meets weekly with a licensed clinician who guides the space. You’ll talk, listen, reflect, and gradually build trust. It’s not about performing or fixing. It’s about being real, together, in a room that holds you.
Almost everyone feels that way at first, and that’s completely okay. Groups are small, confidential, and paced with care. You share only what you’re ready to share, and most people are surprised how quickly the room starts to feel like people who truly get it.
Not at all. Some people come straight to group; others combine it with individual sessions. During your free consult we’ll figure out what fits where you are right now.
Most groups run in cycles of 10 to 12 weeks, with the option to continue. We ask for consistent attendance because the trust of a group is built week over week, and we’ll always talk it through if life gets in the way.
Group sessions are $75, individual sessions $185, and intensives $320. We are out-of-network and provide a monthly superbill for PPO reimbursement, plus a limited number of sliding-scale spots. See the fees above for the full picture.
Yes. Confidentiality is foundational. All members agree to keep what’s shared within the group, and your clinician is bound by professional and legal confidentiality standards.
We do. We hold both in-person groups at our Montclair office and secure online groups for clients across New Jersey. Many people mix both depending on their week.
